Customizability Industrial Water Treatment System - FRP Absorber Tower
1 . Descriptions:
The fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) waste gas absorption tower utilizes flame retardant vinyl unsaturated resin as the matrix and alkali non-twisted fiberglass as the reinforcing material, produced through several processes. This design ensures that the tower is not affected by climate changes in winter and summer, making it both beautiful and durable while providing excellent corrosion resistance. The FRP absorption tower is composed of an upper tower, a cylinder, and a circulating liquid tank. It features two layers of packing: a layer of diagonal corrugated plates and a second layer of stepped rings, which offer a larger surface area for gas-liquid contact and high mass transfer efficiency.
The exterior is made with aging-resistant flame retardant polyester resin and employs a circular overlapping segmented assembly structure. This makes the FRP waste gas absorption tower highly effective for use in both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems.
